Not the worst but not the best. Small portions. Fast service, yucky bathrooms, extremely gunny sticky handrail on stairs to the hot upstairs bathroom, mens bathroom needs attention. Kind of run down, empty. Needs cosmetic repairs for sure. Staff isn’t very welcoming but not rude either. Just quiet..

I don’t have any complaints about the place, the food and the attention, only that while we ate we saw that some Hispanics people they told to them to pay only in cash and the others were accepted cards, they did the same to us only cash but my husband told them that He would pay with a card, they had to accept it but I don’t know why the difference is, I think that when you go to eat anywhere, it’s because that you have to pay. They should put a paper at the entrance to read before entering.

Service was quick and efficient and served hot and delicious. Very unpretentious Chinese dining. Tucked in the alley from the main street but has a large parking space at the back at $2 per hour, which is a great deal compared to $20 in other spots. Could use to freshen up the interiors and brighten up lighting as we can barely read the menu LOL

About the same experience as others. Was hungry, so we stopped. Party of 7 sat immediately. Was pretty fairly priced, especially considering location. (~$12/plate) Food was okay, but definitely not the best Chinese I’ve had. I probably won’t go back, simply because I’d want to try something else next time I’m there.

The orange chicken and oolong tea were pretty good! Only downside is it is pricey but worth it! Also they aren’t combo meals meaning you have to order everything separate and then from there distribute the food out to everyone. The server was great!

We almost skipped this place because of the reviews. After going I feel some of them might be a bit harsh and unfair.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! These people added a tip to my bill without even telling me and then wanted more! They wrote out the whole bill in Chinese and I have no idea what any of it meant. I had to ask one of the workers for clarity on what it meant. Had I not asked for clarity then I would have been tipping on top of the already added tip amount. It is a very good thing that I checked before I tipped or they would not have said anything. Hand written bills should be illegal! I can only imagine how many tourists they have scammed! This business should not be in operation if they are going to treat their customers with so much disrespect. I will be contacting the better business bureau in reference to this shame of a place. Do not go here!!!!

This evening I once again ate at a once great Chinese restaurant in Gatlinburg, TN. When we arrived the waitress was asleep in the dining area. We were immediately sitter in an area and asked what we would like to drink and eat by a very rude waitress. This waitress continued this rudeness throughout dinner for our family. The tea was spoiled and sent back, she did not like this and continued her rudeness to us. It was worse than being at a Dick’s restaurant for sure! When we left to pay, I asked to speak with her about it and she made sure that she would not allow me that respect and walked away. Do yourself and your family some good and DO NOT eat here. Allow yourself other places to eat in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!!

Place was hotter than it was outside. Food was cold. For a water and tea alone it was 10$. The two small cold plates of noodles was 22, exceptional. And they force a tip which mine was a 13$ forced tip. The total for two cold plates of noodles and a water and tea ended up being 47$. Definitely don’t recommend ever going here. Many other places to go for more bang for your buck for 47$!

An affordable dive off the main drag of Parkway. Floors and bathrooms were in dire need of replacement and cleaning. Food was good. Service was very good. Quick. Worked with my allergies to soy and gluten. Looks to be family owned. Bathrooms up a whole flight of dimly lit stairs.
