Came for a quick breakfast to go. We got some croissants, a ham and cheese bagel, banana loaf , blue berry muffin and some coffee. All the items were okay, I liked the muffin and croissant, pretty fresh and tasted good. The place was not that busy around 8 on a Thursday and there is plenty of parking nearby.

Coffee is great but the customer service is lacking. Walked in around 11am on a Monday and nobody greeted me or approached the register to take my order for a couple of minutes. They were not busy, one person in the drive through and 3 people sitting at tables working. They cared more about stocking and cleaning than the customer keeping the place open!

i wanted to like this place but everytime i go the coffee is bleh. despite ordering cold brew or anything else (unless blended), it just tastes like coffee and creamer. that’s it. nothing special about it. the price isn’t worth it.

It is nice to have a good coffee shop in Pahoa. We like to go get their matcha tea and caramel cold brew macchiato. We also had a $75 gift card given to us and we smoked through that and was always a treat.

Enjoyed remotely working from Kohala Coffee Co for two days. The employees where very nice and the drinks and food were a nice surprise. Loved the Kona Cold Brew Caramel Macchiato! Will return again nice time in town.

Our local go-to spot for delicious, delicious coffee. Super friendly staff who are always happy to see us! They also delightedly greet our dogs when they see them hanging out in the back seat, and speaking of our dogs, the puppicinos provided by this business are much bigger than the ones you’d get at your average coffee shop. Golden Retriever and Dachshund endorsement are both 10 out of 10, would slurp again.
