The staff was so helpful, friendly and efficient. One could see that this place has been in the service business for a long time! It was refreshing to see how the staff cared for their patrons on a particularly hot day .. not only did they serve meals efficiently, I noticed the staff keeping the patrons’ water glasses refilled immediately. The decor was so retro and cool. We will definitely return to Joseph’s when in the area.

Very pleased with food and historical decorations. Fun stop. We were looking for a pizza place at the same address, which Joseph’s had bought out 3 years earlier, so there was some confusion, including with the signage.

Took waiter forever to even come over for order. Lots of staff, was basically ignored. Waiter finally came and argued with me about my drink., was very rude. Food was ok, only place open after 9 pm, so had to go there.

I was disappointed they didn’t have a personal size pizza base (but they had small, medium, and large) so I had to order half cheese for the kiddo and the other half for me, so it was a costly pizza (especially since I was charged for a specialty instead of two toppings on a medium pizza. And I just noticed they charged me for a large, not a medium. Check your bill against the menu! ♀️). The food was good but they were out of many things so you couldn’t really get what you wanted. Maybe Thursday night is not the night to go. ♀️

Had an excellent chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. Sandwich was great, the fries were cold, but tasty. Fun atmosphere with lots of Route 66 memorabilia and a gift shop!

The food was fine, but odd. The chicken salad had dark meat chicken. The fajitas were fine (no sauce or salsa). There was only one server for the whole restaurant and a bartender. I wouldn’t personally go again, but it’s fine if you’re just passing through and need something.
