Service here is extremely slow especially late at night. Granted they may have low staffing but they are not efficient whatsoever. A little over 5 minutes just to come to the speaker then another 15-25 minutes later you receive average coney food. Either way pack your patience and keep you head on a swivel if you really need to stop here.

Tried calling my order in but was left on hold for over 15 minutes till I pulled up and place the order face to face (while still on hold) and the young lady basically told me oh well she working the drive thru and the front window . She is not worried about the phone. But why not just ask to come in and place an order instead of placing someone on hold knowing you not going to take the order?

I had to leave a review to counter a lot I read. I’m from the area and I just realized this place is here. I admit I am disappointed because I get hungry late sometimes and sometimes want coney island food. I got the chili cheese fries and my son got the bacon cheese burger. Everything was on point and the girls working in there were extremely friendly and patient when my kids couldn’t decide. Will definitely return to try something else. I’m posting a picture of my AWESOME chili cheese fries.I usually don’t but someone else did and it doesn’t do them justice. The other person’s look half eaten. You can’t eat half your food and then post a picture complaining about it lol.

I don’t know for sure what fish they put in the 3 piece cod dinner, but that was not cod! Not even close. I think they are selling carp or some other trash fish but it is not cod! And no coleslaw. They were not busy but it took awhile for someone to come to the order speaker for drive thru. And the gyro combo, gyro meat thrown into a pita with nothing else, dump in some fries and that’s it.

The food was ON-POINT! Fresh, hot, tasty, good! Lacks on drive-thru etiquette but food was magnificent ! I’d definitely go back…with patience. You gonna be in the drive-thru for a little time…but its worth the wait❤️
