Just picked up my online order asked for honey and hot sauce the lady said there was hotsauce in the bag I emptied the bag to show her there wasn’t any I had also asked for honey she proceeds to grab a handful of hotsauce to put in my bag then I asked for the honey once again she goes back to get some but had such a attitude…smh

Too lazy to make extra crispy. They only sell spicy. Terrible service. Avoid like the plague. They managed to screw up the Quick Pickup by 30 minutes. I had to wait for them to do the order as if I walked in. This was supposed to be ready to pick up. Instead I waited longer. This place is a loosing operation. Stay far away.

Went here for chicken and was given old, hard, salty, dried out pieces of supposed to be chicken. It wasn’t near closing time so no excuse for serving old chicken from 2 days ago. It was 6 pm. SMH.. The biscuit was also hard. The chicken was so old the crust was falling off if it. I had to pick around it to find anything edible. I threw the rest of it away and will never return to this location again. I blame management and the other employees too..

We had to repeat our order at the pay window – asked for extra pickles and got zero – asked for ranch and was told I would be charged (most places give 1-2 sauces for free before charging) and when I got home my chicken was dry. My fiancé asked for spicy sandwich and got the regular. The mac and cheese was the only good thing out of our meals! My tea even tasted more like water than anything. I really love kfc and usually have a good experience but this trip was not good.

Ordered through the drive thru. Was told that biscuits were not ready and to pull to the front of the building and wait. Watched other cars go through the drive thru and get food. Waited for about 10 min for our food. Out of all sodas except for 2 flavors of Mt. Dew and Sweet tea. You should not tell customers that there is a wait for food after they have paid!!
