Love Dunkin but this location is just so disappointing. What should be a quick stop for a coffee turns into standing around, waiting for someone to notice you’ve walked in, listening to employees chat on the phone or with each other. There’s a huge lack of urgency and customer service here, and I speak from experience as I worked at Dunkin donuts in the past at a very busy location. Even with only 3 people on staff at one point, we were able to get drink orders out in an acceptable amount of time. There’s no reason I should be waiting 10 minutes for a latte, just none.

I love Dunkin coffee but this location I didn’t like it it tasted burnt and it was gross my 8 year old gets a French vanilla coffee once in a while and he said he was gross and nasty he don’t ever want to go back to this location. We are originally from North Carolina and there the dunkin coffees are good it’s not burnt like it’s been sitting in the coffee pot all day

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, they put it on ONE side of the bagel and slapped it together. The effort was not there, wasn’t worth $5.00 when it takes 30 seconds to put cream cheese on a piece of bread. Asked them to toast it, they didn’t, and asked for a plain bagel in which they gave me an everything bagel. Not impressed…..amazing signature lattes tho.

Not normally the one to leave a review, but in this case I think it‘s warranted. I don’t know what every person is going through, but leave that at the door when at work. The girl who took our order was extremely rude and off putting. I almost asked what her problem was because she seemed like she had a bone to pick with us. Nevertheless I will still be buying Dunkin. Just not at this location.

I stopped in to grab a quick bite as I was in between running errands and wanted an egg sandwich. My first time at a Dunkin- waited for 4 minutes before greeted. I then get a burnt croissant. There’s a reason I only go to Caribou. I learned my lesson.
