A major let down! Not my first time eating here but maybe my last. $33 for a large chicken parm sub, small teriyaki sub and a medium fries. You’d expect a packed sub and lots of fries…nope. They didn’t put teriyaki sauce on the sub and it was chicken and cheese basically….no sauce on the chicken parm sub…. I had to physically go back in and ask for it! I also counted only 8 bite size piece of chicken on a 12 inch sub. The last 2 inches of each half of my sandwich didn’t even have anything in it….just bread!! The last piece wasn’t even cooked….it was raw. I get inflation and food cost but we’re paying $30+ for a SANDWICH and it’s not even filling for a 6 year old. It’s just pathetic. Customers are going through inflation too…you can’t rip us off. I’ve reached out to Penn Station management via their website. Not expecting them to help but we will see.

Entirely too much spicy mustard on the cheesesteak…over powered the sandwich and had to remind them we purchased a cookie. No senior or veteran discounts…shame

Thank you Rachael owens for the leaving this review. My employee had been wondering how to identify who hit their parked vehicle as they WATCHED your boyfriend attempt to park next to theirs repeatedly until finally scratching their car. Good thing we have security footage and now a name.

The young lady at the counter could not be bothered to take our order. Most of the tables were dirty, and the employees were sitting on the counter where food was being prepped

One female you have working is rude as can be!!! I just had surgery so we decided to ear a sandwich sub since that’s the only thing I can eat. My bf pulls in to get me out and walk me to the door so he can fix his parking job because he wanted to make sure I could get in the store without issues! He proceeds to fix his parking and the female in side is just running her mouth about how he parked and just being completely rude and loud! She was rude and loud over a truck parking weird so he could help his girlfriend who just had surgery get into the building!! If you don’t like people get out of working in the public period!

The store was dirty in many areas. The staff were not friendly but not bad either. The quality of food was just ok. This photo was just under our table. Tabletops were dirty and unkept.

Pretty good. The sandwiches are fairly big, the staff was super friendly and accommodated my food allergies well. I think the meat portions are too small considering the cost, so the large salad felt like I was shafted on the meat.

Is on track to becoming a great Penn Station location. Staff is friendly and efficient. Had my food within 5 mins. Bread was quite fresh and the cheesesteak was good!

Ordered sandwiches without banana peppers and got home and there is banana peppers. Also ordered a chicken cordon Bleu and what I received wasn’t that sandwich. Very disappointed to say the least.
