I ordered through the drive-through, and I ordered 6 chicken tacos and a large Dr. Pepper. She asked me twice what I wanted. When I got to the window, she hands me my box and says, “Have a nice day.” I then asked her what about the LG Dr. Pepper? She says, “I didn’t hear that, I said ok, can I get one, please, she say you have to pay for it, I say ok that’s fine. I’m back at work, I have 6 beef tacos, not chicken like I ordered? you would think for $14+change they’d at least get something on my order right. Tried to call, they won’t answer the phone!

When I was on my way home from Reno this Christmas I was looking for somewhere to grab a quick bite but I wanted something better than mainstream fast food. I was super surprised when I found a Jimboy’s. They are normally only found in California mainly So Cal but there are a few in the Sacramento area too. When I went inside to order the cashier told me that this was actually the first Nevada location and it had only recently opened. It didn’t take long for my order to be ready. The food was delicious. So happy to find another good place to eat in Reno.

The pictures of the tacos on their website looked soo good! But they are not. I don’t know if it is the flavor of the slice of “American cheese” that they put on it or the texture of the cheese or both but it made the whole taco almost inedible. If I ever eat there again (I won’t) I would order the taco with no cheese or shredded cheddar like a taco should have if they have it.

Worst meal ever. $20 for three things fries,taco, and salad. Let’s talk taste my car has less oil food tasted like fry oil was month old. Two bites were taken and thrown out. Fries seriously $3 that was about a forth of a potato for an order you really can’t afford to give helpings of fries maybe a whole potato. The meat tasted sour and had to ring out my taco. Needless to say I won’t be back. Good luck.
