Normally love this place. The kids working there are great but management stinks and doesn’t care. Ordered a box of potatoes and the box was half empty with the smallest potatoes ever. Upon my complaint, manager or owner said that’s just how they come… uh… no, I’ve been here for 40 years. Then he said they got a larger box… also a hard negative. Just doesn’t care. Will post the photos when I find a site that will let me.

When I moved here I ordered pizza here. It was great. I had many deliveries over the years. Lately, things have gone downhill drastically. Last order I picked up was wrong. When I told them they acted like it was my fault. It had meat on it and I don’t eat meat. They also made a point to say give this to the vegetarian in a mocking way. Today, I have a friend over. We called for a delivery at 5:43. I was told 45 minutes. At 1 hour I called to see where the pizza was. I was told, oh no, it’s at least 1 1/2 hours. I called at 2 hours and was told it had to be on its way. 2 1/2 hours i was told they went to the wrong place. My address is in their file. They were going to deliver me a cold pizza. I said no. Then they said it would be here in 20 minutes. I asked for a credit and was told no, not if you’re getting a pizza. I admit I swore at this point, apologized and said they’d never hear from me again. They’ve gotten too big and can’t handle all the business so their service is now horrible. Also their phones are wonky.

Pick up order of chicken and pizza, I actually was going to just order pizza the person on the phone says you will have to try our chicken sometime. Well that made me wondered and ordered it. Omg it was delicious the white meat was tender and juicy. The breading had a very light flavor. Pizza was ok but the chicken won me over.

Hello, first off I would like to say your pizza is delicious and flavorful. Although that checks off many things when choosing a pizza restaurant but I had to give your business a 4star due to the fact of the paper bottom used on the bottom of the pizza comes apart easy and gets stuck to the bottom of my pizza, I highly recommend that you change that. I would not be happy to digest paper along with my pizza. Change that and yiu have a 5star location from me. Thanks again!

Rizzi’s has great classic pizza & jojos, which I really looked forward to tonight. I called for delivery, only 8 min away, but much more convenient than dragging kids out. After being put on hold, I was awkwardly answered by another employee and then hung up on. I called back and the employee said they don’t deliver to my address and I could speak to a manager. The manager got on the phone and confirmed they don’t deliver to me, though I’ve seen them deliver further away in West Akron. Then the manager clarified that they don’t deliver past Collier Rd on Copley Rd. To me that feels like code for being racist and not delivering to great, diverse neighborhoods further down on Copley Rd. Will take my pizza & job business to places that will serve the surrounding neighborhoods.

went for the first time because I had an Entertainment Book coupon and it is always being delivered to the customers at my job (smelling very delicious). the server was lovely. my sister and I ordered the spaghetti with mushrooms and got side salads. Rizzi’s has some of the best tomato sauce I have ever tasted & the garlic bread was pretty good as well. everything was fresh and came out in good timing. I would love to visit again sometime soon.

Every one has chicken and jojo’s but I shall say they do have the best I’ve tasted so far. Very well seasoned and cooked I do think that the chicken dinners should come with coleslaw tho. Pizza was well sauced and cooked as well. I definitely will be ordering again.
