Pizza and cinnamon buns were not good. When I tried to utilize a deal that was available on their website, they said it was not available in my area for some reason. It’s been over a year since I’ve personally ordered from pizza hut and it will be that time or more before I order again.

This is just tonights experience because I’ve had great pizza from this location many times. However, tonight was not good. Customer service was great but the food was not. I ordered 3 personal pan pizzas. I picked them up & dropped one off to my mom’s house. I look at it when I get to her house & the pizza is burnt, it’s hard & hardly has any cheese on it. I go back out to my car to look at the other 2 pizzas & they look the same. There was no issue when I called to request that they be remade. I get the new pizzas & although they’re not burned, they are definitely not the usual personal pan pizzas I get from them. I dropped off the second pizza to my mom, my son ate his & i nibbled mine but didn’t even want it anymore. Not sure if i can post a pic, but it doesn’t do it justice on how thin this pizza is. Very disappointed

The pan pizzas are great. The online ordering was atrocious. After I did not get my delivery within the specified time, I called the store and was told the pizza was on its way. After another half hour, I still had not received my order. They required that I re-order. The online application continued to add another item each time I tried to make a change.

I placed an order on the app. I got a call about 15 minutes later from DoorDash (I did not order through DoorDash) saying that my order happened picked up by somebody else and given to somebody else. I was also told that he would initiate a refund through the app. I never got a confirmation and he said he cannot get a hold of the store. I tried calling multiple times and ended up being put through to the hotline and they cannot help you with anything. I have yet to get through to the store to get my order refunded. I understand that things happen but my frustration is where I’m not getting an answer on how to get my refund. I have been tossed around and told that I was being connected to the store and I end up right back with somebody with a hotline. Very disappointed.

The door dash lady said that she tried to tell the lady hwoh handled my food to stop touching it while touching the computer screens. Absolutely disgusting. I want a refund. The door dash lady was nice and fine as hell!he’ll!! Best part of my day. I’m on my way to Get a refund for the food though. Nasty pizza lady!!

I’ll just let the pictures speak for themselves…. order total $25.47, called the store and was offered a $10 store credit that can only be used at this location. I’m beyond disappointed. They could have at least offered to remake the pizzas.

Anytime is Pizza time. We were preparing our home to go on market and had to feed the last worker. What’s quick and easy to order…Pizza Hut Pizza. I went online and created a “Deal” pizza. My order was ready for pickup in 15 mins as advised online.
