The quality of the food is insane. Typically when I go to store fronts in a food court- in general it is very mid, but not here. The food here was so high quality you could’ve told me it came from a high end restaurant in NY and I would’ve believed you.

Not worthy $18 for a meal that has no taste. Customer service is very very bad. I asked for hot souse and the women at the register gave me an attitude and evil eye. And yes, you get one napkin. Disgusting. Do not waste your money and time.

I tried Lotte Bunsik while I was grocery shopping and ordered the bulgogi. Food was delicious and the service was even better. The woman that took my order was very nice and answered all of my questions. Will definitely be back!

This is a place inside of the Lotte Market food court. Seating is limited which hurts some of the eateries in this food court. This one especially. Food is cooked on order so it takes a little time to get your food when you order. Prices are decent for Korean food. We had the ttukbaegi Bulgogi and a Kimbop (beef). I really liked the Kimbop especially for $5.99. The Ttukbaegi Bulgogi was solid and a decent price at $14.99. With the more expensive dishes you also get several sides which included purple rice, beans, kimchi, bean spouts, pickled radish, and I believe a small dish of tteokbokki. The sides are hit or miss… I didn’t like what I believed was a sampler of tteokbokki as the flour cakes and the sauce didn’t go well together but the sauce and the fish cake slice there did go well together. The kimchi was forgettable. I did really like the green beans, bean spouts, and the pickled radish sides. The rice was just right too. Overall, I liked the place and want to try some more dishes here.
