Five Guys is always a quick go to spot. The burgers are a bit expensive which is why I don’t order them….. In n out burgers taste better and cheaper lol. I only ordered a Cajun and a regular fry but they were both really good. Not super greasy and flavorful.

Ordered food on grub hub one hour and a half in advance. 5 minutes before i was supposed to get food, 40 minutes after the place opened, the restaurant canceled the order. After calling the retaurant a girl answered, asked me my name, said never got your order, told me to talk to the manager and put me on hold, and after 30 mins of waiting I dont think that manager is picking up. I have an hour long lunch break. Me and my coworkers are going hungry today.

I’ve never felt more ripped off in my life. I know Five Guy’s is expensive but I treat myself to it every so often. I was given a single cup of fries no extra, not a single fry in the bag extra. They just filled the cup to right before rim. They usually add fries over the top and in the bag.

Order was wrong. They didn’t put anything I asked for on my burger and I was charged for a bacon cheeseburger but only got a cheeseburger with nothing on it

Look, I like Five Guys – BUT would it kill ya to actually put a proper amount of lettuce on my $6 burger (that costs $12)? Seems like every location does this & I don’t know why… It’s 5 cents of lettuce – just make it right!

We stopped by Five guys for food while at the La Brea tar pits. The Young lady that took our order was so attentive to our needs. We don’t eat out alot but she really made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Everything was so delicious.

Unprofessional staff. I walked into five guys. No one welcomed me. I walked up to the cashier and I greeted her. She looked at me like I was bothering her.

Employees are not happy at all, they treat their customer like sh*t. Very disappointed. Especially the big black gentlemen at the counter. Very disrespectful.
