We ate there several times for all three meals during a seven night stay in Bowman. The food was very good..nothing fancy but hot, well prepared and good portions. The breakfasts were excellent. Everything was reasonably priced. The staff was very efficient, friendly and courteous. It’s a small town in a remote location so the menu is somewhat limited but they have a good selection of sandwiches, a good salad bar, and a selection of meals from steak to chicken, fish, shrimp and pork. They usually have a unique soup of the day made from scratch. They also had some nice dinner salads and pies.

Nice, big, filling breakfast with a lot more bacon than I expected. The waitress was rude, but I suspect she was just having a bad day. Anyway, with food that good, they’d have to physically assault me to get less than five stars!

Waitress was very friendly, had an odd abundance of coffee cups at each table, and the food tasted very good. But the shrimp burger made me horribly ill. All in all, not a bad little cafe.

They were busy, but the food came out in a timely manner. The food is American cafe food and tasty enough. We’ve been there multiple times over the years when we are driving through and everyone’s always friendly and the service is good.

Terrible service, and was extremely unimpressed with the French dip (was very bland and dry), fries were pretty decent, but after I fairly politely expressed my dissatisfaction with the service, the waitress sent the owner over. I thought it was to apologize for me having to ask for my milk 3 times before it was actually brought to me, but to my surprise, the “owner” started getting confrontational with me, and was actually acting like he wanted to fight me or something as if he was trying to impress the waitress .. It was like nothing I’ve ever experienced in my life .. or hope to ever experience again! It reminded me more of a scenario from a high school kegger then a place of business .. except the kegger would probably have better food! : /
