I chose this little Caesars because the one on Durango that I usually go to is super slow and always backed up. This location was super fast and got my order correct and even put the dips I ordered in the pizza portal. There was no hassle and no wait at all for my order. Quick in and out best experience so far from a little Caesars I’ve had. Definitely will be going to this location from now on.

Generally I try not to review fast food places but this was such a horrible time that people need to know. I ordered through the app because I had a deal and I put a lot of buffalo ranch and I got a pepperoni pizza. After I made the order I decided I would call the location because I wanted to ask them to cook my pizza a little longer so it’s crispy. So I got on the phone and within 20 seconds somebody had answered but told me they couldn’t do anything and I’d have to wait on the phone for the manager which I said that’s fine. I started driving over there and waited in line while still on the phone. The guy at their drive-thru didn’t come to the door for 3 minutes and then finally gave me my food but told me they had ran out of Buffalo ranch so instead of just giving me my money back he gave me something else that I can’t eat. As I drove away the manager still hadn’t even answered the phone. This place is run poorly which I know most of them are but this is worse than the rest. I know management won’t contact me and try to do anything about this but just a heads up for people ordering in the future at this place.

Ordered online stuffed crust extra cheese. Well done, it was delivered almost raw, I call the store and it automatically sends you to some answering service. The guy barley speaks English and proceeds to tell you they can’t do anything there. They transfer u back to the store where no one answers the phone..so ended up driving there myself, I spent $28.00 on this order, the little kid at the front looked at the oizza and said yes it’s not well done. Give me 15 mins I’ll make a new one. Just goes to shoe if you don’t go there in person they will screw you over, and why cause most people will not drive back to the store..STANDARDS ARE NO LONGER THERE, SCREW THE GUEST AND CHARGE MORE..

Order online and go to pick it up and they tell me they don’t have me im the system. I showed the email conformation that i placed it and was paid for. Was there for 5 minutes om the drive thru waiting for them to find my order. They never found it. They told me to park in the front and they would do my order. They told me they would bring it to me,15 minutes pass and nothing. I go in to the store and tell them wheres my order,there answer was ” I din’t know what vehicle you were driving” i get home and my order was wrong. I opened the breadsticks bag and their raw not cook enough and no sauce. The pizza was nasty and cold,you could taste the pizza dought raw. Bad customer service not happy.

We ordered 4 pizzas and breadsticks. The breadsticks were only 2-3 inches long, the pizzas only had toppings and sauce in the middle the crust was like 3 inches wide all the away around the pizza. The pretzel crust pizza had basically no cheese sauce, the supreme one wasn’t even cooked all the way through (had to cook it some more at home). None of the pizzas were cut through. This was the worst pizza we have had at any Little Ceasars.

They have a “drive thru” but you can’t order through the drive thru. The person there was coughing non-stop. We decided not to purchase pizza there.
