Wild Carrot
I ordered the hand breaded chicken sandwich with fries and a sweet tea. The chicken sandwich was very greasy. Upon biting into it, the chicken had a horrible texture like it was melded together in pieces because it all separated when I went to take a bite. The flavor was straight up grease. It was disgusting. The fries were overcooked, stale, and cold. The sweet tea tasted horrible, reminiscent of rancid motor oil and they gave me no ice. Threw everything away. Waste of money and now I am really hungry. I won’t be coming here ever again.

This was actually the best Hardee’s I have had lunch in a long time. Everything was clean. The best part is the food was hot and put together like someone actually cared about there job I will definitely eat there again.

I rate a 5 on service getting my first cup of coffee. I took a nice walk on the Greenway across this Hardee’s. Decided to get my second cup of coffee. I went by the trash can and noticed a leak and thought I would tell Sidneay but the attitude I got from her was very rude. So the atmosphere I rated a 1 but, I wouldn’t even rate a 1 because of this. If you’re going to work in this industry. You need to be pleasant. My Dad told me years ago to be nice to people and they would come back in your line. I was a cashier at A & P in N.C. and they sure did. I was nice. I never forgot what he said. Be Nice…

Ordered a decent amount of food . My chicken sandwich was old and dry. They had me pull up for a fresh sandwich and this is by far the worst chicken I’ve ever seen . The fries were even worse. No flavor and very very dry. I wouldn’t feed this food to anyone. My husband cheeseburgers were even old and fries out .I also my sandwich without tomatoes because I’m allergic to them . Luckily for me I look before eating anything.

Extremely rude staff. Dirty. Went in to order about $40 worth of food for to-go. Waited over 20 min. So did the people in front of me. They were out of chicken. Food was gross.. old, sloppy, cold, hard… just bad. I’m not a stranger to fast food & I’ve had a few bad experiences but this was the worst.

When we got there we had to holler several times and no one came, so we started banging on the counter and finally a guy came out from the backroom. He proceed to tell he couldn’t take are order he was the cook. But the other guy would be here in a minute, he is the bathroom. Finally the other guy shows up and proceeds to tell us what he was doing in the bathroom. I wanted to leave but the company I was with ordered. I told them after we left, didn’t you notice that we were the only people that were in there. No one was there as far as customers and no one came in the whole time we were there. I asked him a question and he said ” Where do you think you are at Wendy’s “?

Very disappointed…Order a Number 3 which is a Bacon Cheese Burger with barbecue sauce and onion rings only. Well it was upgraded to a double Burger so while waiting at window which took what seemed forever..after food was given and taken out of bag French fries were soggy and barely warm, so wondering way I waited so long it must have been the Burger right? WRONG!!!! The Burger wasn’t even the right one. Sure it was a double cheese burger with barbecue sauce and OLD onion rings but NO Bacon. I’m about into work by that time, I can’t go backwards into Sevierville traffic. But I know that’s not cool to mess up that bad on people’s orders. Way to lose a customer Hardee’s

Today was the best Hardee’s visit I ever had. My sandwich perfect my grandson had a Mushroom Swiss burger perfect. Our fries were warm and yummy.
