The bread itself is good and delicious but the truck is too high and doesn’t have any cover for the customers and it stop me to come whenever weather is not good or even sometime weather good but I don’t want to stand there and talk loud up to the window so they can listen . Those inconvenient stop me coming there even though I like the breads there and those are the best Vietnamese breads in fort smith. Sometime the wait is little long, not because they busy but they are pretty slow. Very inconvenient and not safe to buy bread there . If they have little store walks in like “Sakuu Asian Bakery and Deli” or even drive through, it will be great.

First, the baguette is fresh, slight crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. I ordered the combination and meatball. The veggies were chilled and crisp. The meat combo and meatballs were flavored well. I sliced the sandwiches at home and had already finished 1/2 of the combo before taking the pic, lol. Even though this is Fort Smith, Arkansas, this Bahn Mi can compete with some of the best Bahn Mi in the Houston area (large Viet community) where I’m from.

Cannot recommend this place enough. We ordered the steak, grilled pork, and combination bahn mi sandwiches. Best bahn mi I’ve had in years and I lived in Seattle for the last decade. Excited to see broken rice on the menu and will be back to try it soon.

Ohh my goodness! I don’t want to exaggerate but I will never visit a subway sandwich shop in Fort Smith again. The Bahn mi is the sandwiches of all sandwiches! I had the BBQ pork and also a steak Bahn mi. Everything was so fresh. Bread is baked daily. Owners are very friendly. This will definitely be a day or two a week stop now.
