Good food, good prices! Always a very nice staff and you can’t beat their tenderloin egg cheese and tomato biscuits anywhere in town! I am picky and normally dont like tenderloin but it is tender and doesn’t have any fat on it. Delicious!!

The prices are excellent but you are getting what you pay for. The chicken biscuits were good, but I wouldn’t call them great and I don’t think I’ll be going back. I was hoping for a true, home style piece of fried chicken and instead I feel like I got an oversized, well seasoned chicken nugget. It is not a whole breast filet or anything, it’s a compressed chicken patty that’s fried. Hey, some people like and maybe even prefer that – just not me. The biscuit was also nothing to write home about, but again, it wasn’t bad. Nothing was bad. The hashbrowns are just the frozen tater tots you can buy at a grocery store and the fries were ok. I’m not upset with the meal I got but it definitely leaves you wanting something a bit more – from a place that literally has “home style chicken” in the name.

I used to come to and enjoy PG’s….but since Covid I am not sure what has happened to the “team” working there. I rarely go anymore due to the number of times I have had to go back because of undercooked biscuits, undercooked bacon. Yes, they are getting 3 stars rather than 1 due to the fact that (if you have your receipt) they will fix your order without question – most of the time. Where’s the team that cared about customer service and “home-cooked” style food? I dislike giving the “mom&pop” type stores/shops/restaurants bad reviews as we want to keep our “neighbors” in business, but not with the attitude your team has here lately PG’s…..

I picked up lunch from the drive thru a few days ago. I had to resist the urge to dig in, because it was smelling so good! The Chicken and Mac and Cheese were delicious, but my fries got cold a little to quick to enjoy. Job well done Team!

They still only have service thru drive thru window, but the service was still pretty fast. The food was hot and good as always. They have wonderful chicken, chicken and dumplings, home style veggies and yummy biscuits. Their employees are always nice and friendly.
