I ordered a bacon ultimate burger and I asked for extra bacon, no mayo and pickles and when I got home I found out that nothing that I requested was done to the burger it was as if they didn’t even try I always have this issue at this jack in the box I was charged extra and didn’t even get what I paid for it’s unbelievable and I tried to call multiple times and they never answered the phone there’s no point In calling them I will never order here again there is no point if I’m not getting what I paid for

Berry St Jack in the Box used to be my go to location. In the last 3-ish months, their service after 7pm is inconsistent. Sometimes they are closed at 8pm. A few times there was no cook. Tonight, the normal evening shift cars were there, but the intercom was shut off, lights were on, but no one was out front. This is just not the service I have received here for many years.

(**Breakfast served all day.**) I was told that they weren’t serving Breakfast at the moment. This was at 10PM at night. The signs through the drive-thru said Breakfast served all day. If things have change, the signs through the drive-thru need to come down. When I ask for a strawberry shake, the employee through the drive-thru laugh and said they don’t sale shakes anymore at this location. That shakes were discontinued. I was a little speechless at that point. So, I finally order a bacon ultimate cheese burger, with a large order of fries, and a large sprite. I get home open up my bag, fries are cold, hamburger wasn’t even cooked, no cheese on it, and bacon wasn’t cooked either. This is why I’m writing this review. How can someone serve a customer uncooked food? My next step is to call corporate and health code.

They are always closed everytime I try to go. I even had them once turn the lights off on me right after telling me they were closed. The few times I have been able to get food they are rude or get my order wrong everytime. I’ve complained several times but they never call me or anything.
