Sunday at noon was one of many poor experiences so now it’s time to share. This isn’t the busiest coffee spots, seriously. 2 cars or 5 deep, it’s always an unreasonable wait. This time they forgot my cream and after asking if they had cream they said yes…sucks for me I guess. You got competition next door now, do better.

Ziggis Coffee has become my go to place for coffee. They have better coffee than Starbucks and a better selection of syrups especially for those who want sugar free options. You can customize drinks to your liking and they have sufficient food choices. They have an app that you can order ahead of time, but their app still needs some improvements as it seems it takes a bit long for them to receive your order. So give them at least 5 minutes to get your order and start preparing. Otherwise the staff is typically super friendly and accommodating. I will say they can improve the atmosphere inside to make it more warm feeling, relaxing, and make you want to stay, but it’s not horrible. Give them a try if you haven’t.

Not only are their drinks amazing but so is their staff. Just went through the drive-thru and the person who greeted me was awesome and seemed happy to be their. The Carmel macchiato is always on point and they have dairy-free options as well.
