Onion rings taste sweet like cooked in something giving them a cake flavor (it wasn’t good), toast was warm bread and chicken wasn’t very crispy. There was part of a straw wrapper in our gravy Waste of $30 we opened the straws before the gravy so it wasn’t us.

I feel I should share how poor this restaurant is. A couple of months ago I ordered a grilled chees and a well done corn dog, the grilled cheese was watery, the corn dog looked like it had teeth prints in it, it took me a while to be able to go back. 3 days ago I went after work to get 2 rt 44 drinks, I ordered on the mobile app and we sat for over 30 minutes called them over the speaker and it took 10 for them to answer, finally they told us they were out of sodas so my girlfriend settled for a lemonade and I asked for a sweet tea, they brought out the lemonade but instead of a sweet tea they brought out a rt 44 cup of coffee. I took it back up to the door and gave it back and requested my sweet tea and we waited for another 5 or 10 minutes. Today I ordered a medium mozzarella stick and a medium jumbo popcorn chicken. They gave and charged me for a small mozzarella stick, my girlfriend was fine with it but my popcorn chicken wasn’t even fully cooked. I order chicken everywhere I go and that’s all I order at sonic, the dough was soft and unnerving, it wasn’t just one it was nearly the whole container of chicken. Needless to say I will really be hesitant to go back to this place and order anything else.

Tonight I went to Ash Flat Sonic ( where I live) and ordered a Large Reese’s Blast. (Like I always do) and was told they NO LONGER SERVE LARGE Blasts. Excuse me??? BUT I can order a medium blast??? You DO still have large cups, right?? And you have ice cream, right? AND you have Reese’s candy, RIGHT?? You have ALL the ingredients, but you can’t make me a LARGE?? Are you stupid?? So, I called Cave City Sonic, (where I DON’T live) and am now enjoying a LARGE Reese’s Blast here, plus it costs 50 cents less, too boot. Whoever owns the Ash Flat store is stupid.

If you get drinks or sundaes YOU have to ask for a carrier. Tonight we went to get 3 hot fudge sundaes. And they had no carrier and when brought to us …no cherries. Said they were out. They should tell you when ordering…its proper. Now you had ONE employee …becky/ heather mm….not sure , ask us a few days before if we would like a carrier. She deserves a raise. Well done
