It’s not even about getting orders wrong. I use to work fast food it happens all the time but the night shift at this location is extremely extremely unprofessional. Like it’s actually crazy. I get a lot of them are in their teens but so am I and I never treated any customers with disrespect when I worked fast food. If you go within the last hour or so that they are open, don’t expect to get much, half the time they claim they ran out of food or they are closed. I called today and asked what time they were open till just to reclarify and they said 12 but when I got there at 11:40 they said they ran out of food and were closed. Go to the chestnut location it’s 100% better

Bad experience I ordered a chicken bowl and got a not just a veggie bowl but it had guac ranch. Which i said I don’t eat guac. I went back and the manager slung the bag dow and walked away. We also got a crunch rap supreme and it look bad. I called but no answer

I always go to this location during the lunch rush (11-1ish) and this place is great. They always have someone on shift that either loves people or loves making people happy because the burritos are always loaded up and the food is always hot. I highly recommend this location

By far the worst taco bell I have ever been too, we ordered this morning only to find that there was almost no meat inside any of the food. We got home only to find our order butchered, we asked for shredded chicken got cubed, was missing the cinnibun delights, maybe its just the morning crew but your better off going anywhere else

Took almost an hour to get our order. Once we received the order and got home, they had left out two of our items, and messed up the Mexican pizza. I’m not sure what was going on but it was the worse experience I’ve had at this location.

Ask for beef chalupas with a soft taco…. Get cold chicken chalupas with a crunchy taco. The damn chalupa had like 4 pieces of chicken. Not the first time either, not going back.

The people that work here are very rude. They take there sweet time getting the food done. They talk about the customers while they are here. Act like they don’t want to be at work either. Had to wait almost 30 minutes to get our food. Went up to the counter and asked about my food and one of the workers said if you want to leave just go. BYE!!!! ALSO I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND NO ONE GO THERE EITHER!!!!!

I keep saying I’m never going back to this place. Today I really mean it. Absolutely disgusting. Everything was thrown in the bag, tacos were wet to the point where the tortillas were falling apart, the lettuce was old and the content in the taco was all smushed together. Same thing with the Dorito tacos. The chicken quesadillas barely had anything in them and one of the quesadillas had some kind of sauce spilled all over it. Absolutely feeling sick disgusted as I’m writing this. 30 bucks well spent in other places. Better to go to taco bell on chestnut.
