Usually, when I go to Mcdonald’s the staff are always respectful and kind to me. But not this time. I was in the drive-thru line getting lunch for me and my coworkers and was going to have three separate orders. The first two were taken just fine but when I got to the third I was told I’m not allowed to place more than two, I’d never been told this before and I asked why then the worker got rude with me and asked me if I wanted to combine/pay for both the second and third order. If I was going to buy all of the food then I would have told them that I only have one order. It would have been ok with me and I would have just gone back threw a second time because I didn’t have time to go inside and wait, and I’ve worked in fast food before I know how hard it can be, but the way I was talked to was not acceptable!

Most of the workers are very disrespectful. They do not listen to you when ordering because they are too busy in other conversations or giggling with other employees. 90% of the time my orders are wrong and when I do receive my order, it looks like slop in a bag. Fries are always under cooked or taste like they have been sitting in the basket for awhile.
