This store is keeping true to the franchise value. While they have the machines in the lobby where you can place your own order, they still have friendly people who work behind the counter. It is easy to place an order, especially when you are greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome.

The food was good but the staff stood around talking instead of taking any orders or maybe cleaning the filthy tables, floors and the rest of the dining area. I saw another customer come in and actually clean a table so him and his wife could sit down to eat. Customers shouldn’t have to clean their own tables! Especially when you see the staff just messing around. It wasn’t even busy. Pathetic in my opinion!!

Giving this a one star because first to begin with I order 2 orders of the taco Supreme party pack at the drive thru and I said loud and clearly that I wanted 2 orders of that once I came to the window she only got one and I told her I didn’t just want one and she said oh u want a other one like really first of all I said it loud and clearly when I was Ordering at the drive thru they did give me the other 12 pack of taco Supreme but it didn’t came with the sour cream like it should and they charge me for it all this happen on 2/27/2023 at 6:21 could of been better but looks like to me she wasn’t paying attention..

We spent $70 on 4 people and our order was not only completly wrong (I think they gave us someone elses smaller order) there was also no meat in any of the chalupa’s they ended up putting in the order so we couldn’t even eat it. when we went back they basically called us liars and told us to leave, We literally had to toss the whole order and go find food elsewhere. Literally 70 bucks in the trash. I’ve tried to call the location since then and get hung up on.

Third time in a row they got my order wrong! Night drive thru crew clearly does not know what they are doing. I swear to god they can never get anything simple right and then play it off like they didn’t do anything wrong. It’s not right that I am spending money for 3 Doritos locos tacos and getting two regular ones. And that just one instance. Like get it together or don’t work there because I swear this is the most incompetent Taco Bell I have ever been too!
