A 4 peice chicken strip meal should include 4 strips. Not a nugget, a strip, and another strip broken in half….especially spending 10+ dollars on the meal. The fries were still hard and a little cold in the center, and the tea was weird and tangy. Check your boxes and drink before pulling away. Don’t make my mistake and be disappointed once you get all the way home in your driveway ♀️ the biscuit was perfect, though!

Chic fila was backed up all the way to the highway so I stopped by Bojangles in Beaufort today expecting the normal bad service and old chicken. Instead was greeted at the drive thru by a friendly and courteous voice. My order was fast and the food was fresh. I never leave reviews, but I was so shocked I decided to do so. Hopefully there has been a change in management and this will be the new normal. Could not find a place on their website to leave a review.

Terrible service, cold food, long wait in drive thru. They could have pulled up the car in front of us but made us wait for 20 minutes. The cars behind us eventually left. Not a good way to increase business. When you are paid by the hour I don’t guess you care if the establishment has customers leaving.

Stopped through the other day for the guys and I before work, usually I just get food for myself so the order was larger than usual. Ordering was quick and easy. Pulled around to pick up window and was greeted with a smile from the manager, Cassandra. She was orchestrating things as if she was a symphony conductor while the other employees were working. It was amazing to see the coordination of the employees while prepping orders. She gave me my order with a smile and told me to have a great day. Now I’m not one to leave reviews but after my experience at Bojangles Beaufort, I felt compelled to. It was refreshing to have such a great experience/ transaction at a fast food restaurant. The order was correct. Food was hot and fresh. All condiments were provided though I wish they would have gave me a few more napkins. All in all, good service and good food.
