Place needs new management or a new franchisee. The most inconsistent LC I think I’ve ever had. Crust is often times undercooked and doughy, and tonight the crust tasted nothing like normal little Caesar’s, Italian cheese bread had zero butter and seasoning globbed in 2 spots, and the supreme was loaded with black olives – I can’t recall ever ordering a supreme from any LC and getting olives. Will only go to the Jenison LC off Baldwin from now on.

The location is super convenient, but we constantly are getting awful crazy bread from this specific location. I honestly don’t understand how they can take this out of the oven and think “yeah, this is adequate quality to sell”. You definitely get what you pay for, but its pretty basic and there should be SOME quality standards. The attached pictures are from 2 different visits. One was a ball of bread and the other was burned, lacking ANY of the seasoning they put on the top, and some were paper thin.

Lunch time 12:03pm and they only have 2 cheese hot & ready. No lunch combos or pepperoni. Told us 10 min wait, then proceeded to give it to a walk in customer as we were waiting. Will be last trip here!!

Convenient location, worst little Ceasars on the planet. Will go out of my way from now on, employees rude always a long wait even if you order ahead and pizza is either under cooked or fried. They should just close the doors.

Very poor service. Dissatisfied for the negligence of the workers on their food prep inspections. Ordered the most bestest as well as 2 orders of crazy bread. Brought it home for my family. Opened up my crazy bread, smelt bad with blotches of mold all throughout the bread.

Ordered pizza around suppertime via online for a football watch party with friends. Went there to pick up and nothing was ready. Customers waiting everywhere. One guy in front of me waited about 30 minutes for a pizza meal. THREE DIFFERENT staff asked for his order and none of them got it for him. The only thing saving this review from one star was the fact that they gave me free cheesy bread to make up for my wait time for an online order. 20 minutes after I came to pick it up.
