Greasy spoon breakfast joint on your way up to Door County… Exactly what it needs to be. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the Country fried pork cutlet, you’d swear it was steak. Reasonable pricing and attentive local wait staff. Truckers, lawyers. Carpenters, fisherman…you meet all kinds in this place. One of those joins you rarely find in major cities these days, but always a plus when you do, even if you have to go out to the sticks. Bit of a tradition to eat here on the way to and from our vacation home. Great stuff, no frills, tasty and filling.

This your classic and incredible greasy spoon. Great service and we all liked our food. I loved the chicken tenders basket. Served hot and fresh. Plus they had the perfect french fries to go with it. Definitely stop here if you can!

Had a great breakfast, met some very nice people from Russia. We talked, and finished our drinks without being rushed, or feeling like a bother. I will definitely be going back! Oh, and very fast service!

Oh my! The long wait to get the food was definitely worth it. Everyone in the party loved their meals. It must be the quality of ingredients since none of us chose anything exotic. I will come back to this restaurant next time I’m in the area. And the price was unbeatable.

We came for breakfast on a Sunday morning– definitely worth the wait! We had the sunrise quesadilla and hashbrown omelet. The food was fresh and delicious! Fluffy eggs, potatoes done just right– crisp but not burnt. The food quality was very high considering how busy they were! Good coffee too– reg and decaf. The service was amazing– we were impressed how the servers took care of so many tables! We would recommend the management looks into some type of waiting notification system so people don’t have to wait inside the restaurant and they know when it’s their turn to be seated. It can be uncomfortable with so many people standing around in such a small space. All in all, we would highly recommend this spot! Great job!

Found this gem online. Located right off of WI-42, it is an ideal spot for a somewhat quick breakfast.

We stopped at Morning Glory this week while on vacation. This was a cute little restaurant with a very friendly staff. our group of 10 had to be seated outside, which wasn’t a problem at all. They had a wide variety to choose from. My kids enjoyed what was on the kids menu. Outside of my sandwich falling apart and getting all over my beard (lol), id say the visit was quite enjoyable. Our food was order and made pretty quick, with a few minor things missing. Nothing to complain about, we were a rather large group.

I really want to give this place higher marks. It certainly rates high in coziness, staying away from tourists, getting to know locals. I would suggest sitting at counter if you can. It was just that the food is not so good. The breakfast was a good value and you can choose a pancake or French toast. We got one of each and split them as you can see by the picture. Unfortunately, the sausages were so salty I couldn’t finish them. Eggs were just so so as well as the French toast and pancake. Service was wonderful and friendly.

We went on a short trip to Door County for my husband’s birthday. Decided on this place based on other’s reviews. I’m glad we went early at 8am, the place was full with many groups standing in wait on our departure.
