Because the app so graciously asks me to review our local store.. here we go! Iv had issues with this store where they refuse to fix their mistakes on pizzas if it was supposed to be half cheese and half toppings. I live like 7 minutes away from the store and they have tried to get me to return pizzas they have messed up but tonight takes the cake. If your stores supposed to be open till midnight then you employ a driver and insider till then. The person in the store claiming to be a manager refused to pass my number along to their GM who I have never been able to contact before so I don’t even think they exist. This so called manager could only repeat no delivery driver to me multiple times as his excuse for canceling a order that was placed within a proper window of time. Then when told to leave my message for upper management since he obviously didn’t staff himself right tonight he hung up on me. Not only do they have you wait on hold for 6ish minutes to just speak to a human why trying to get you to order online. When you order online your orders get canceled without reason. Or with a pitiful one as such that they are staffed correctly. If you aren’t staffed then change the hours. We will see if I can get ahold of someone from management because I’m pretty ticked off that dinner after my shift was ruined.

Awesome Philly cheese steak tots. The wings are small but delicious, hot is not so much and mild is so. Pan pizzas are only slightly greasy unlike Hut’s oil organic. Can’t wait to try some more.

This is the worst domino’s in all of Delaware. do not order here. I did pick up. I get to the store. Then they cancelled my order and tell me they are closing up early. Like an hour early. They said they have to clean up store and do all this other stuff, kept changing story of why they are not making food. yet website said open till 12am I order way before that. I always had horrible service from dominos in the past I thought I try it again since they just opened up in hockessin,be optimistic. But nope it’s terrible service. Why are they even open if they don’t serve food. Why is Domino’s lying and wasting my time. Then again I should known better I’ve always had terrible service at Domino’s. Also they employees don’t wear mask.

They have a terrible rating and now I know why. Ordered a pizza and they forgot the sauce.. called to complain and the manager argued that it was there just light. Haha, what? So I drove up there, manager had an attitude and had to admit somehow they forgot the sauce. Terrible place. Order from some place else.

I tried to like this location even though they are usually late and disorganized. I’m not going back any more even though it is closest. I received a free pizza for my points and the manager refused to accept it! He said he doesn’t have access to do it at his franchise and I should call back later because he’s behind on orders. I said he should just let me order it (expires today) and I could show the email and code when I pick up and he refused! I said you may be losing a frequent customer and he said ok. So I said have a nice night and he just said ok?! Really? Not even you too. Not good manager material.

This is the worst dominoes I’ve ever been to. You can’t contact corporate to discuss any issues. They make incorrect orders and do not fix. They take orders and cancel because they don’t have drivers or they decided to close early. They can’t fix any online orders. We can’t order delivery from any other dominos because that’s “our” dominos. This place needs to shut down. They do not care.

Terrible service. Our pizza was “quality checked” for 40 minutes (aka sitting under a heat lamp drying out) before finally leaving the store. The driver proceeded to go in a completely illogical direction, and we ended up getting our pizza about an hour after it was out of the oven, inedible and cold.
