Wow… I didn’t think food this bad could be sold. I got a four piece. I wanted extra crispy. They didn’t have any… like at all. Dinner rush on a Tuesday and half your chicken menu is unavailable. And what I got was fresh… three days ago. It looked wet. Like it had been sitting there and they rinsed it off. Absolutely inedible. I had to throw it away. The rest of my family’s meal was passable. They got sandwiches and tacos. My wife said the bread was soggy and tossed it.

I really wish zero stars was an option!!!!! I not only received terrible food and service but I also had to watch a PAYING customer be bullied. This so called manager came charging at a customer for requesting fresh chicken. This should have never happened. I am sorry that customer had to experience that situation. It’s so sad we live in a world were people are no longer respected. This so called manager needs to be fried and to be honest if I was the customer she rushed up on I would be pressing charges.

The manager Maria tried to hit me!! This KFC IS HORRIBLE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE EXPERIENCE so much, foolery in my life! The food is nasty cold and old. They’re not sanitary. No one is using gloves. So heres the story my food was old and disgusting so I requested a replacement the employees proceed with making my replacement…next thing I know this so called manager Marie comes to front starts screaming at me throw the food at me and proceeds to try to hit me she was extremely belligerent which I have on tape by the way! This place needs to be shut down never in my life experienced a crazy person trying hit u because they have to replace OLD COLD NASTY FOOD! Corporate will be hearing about this! Also the local news! STAY-AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

This place needs to be shut down and health inspectors need to be called! Giving either, raw, or old food that could kill someone! If you value your life, please stay away from the place. The customer service is out of this world horrible.The manager is thug named Marie who could care less about type service she provides! Oh my God I’m completely disgusted at what I just witnessed in this kfc! Wow the food is horrible! I personally order some chicken which was cold and tasteless. Then while in the restaurant I witnessed the manager trying to attack a customer for requesting a replacement on their food! Which honestly I should have asked for a replacement the food is horrible. If I could rate this place a 0 I would! I asked for fresh nuggets and fries at the time of ordering. Within 2 minutes my order was ready. I knew right then that my food was not made fresh as I requested. I asked the manager if I could have fresh food she then proceeded to snatch the bag from me and said “5 minutes “ , and turned around and start talking to a co-worker in Spanish, that is when i requested my money back. She kept saying “I don’t care “ . I mean just rude. Last time here. Horrible customer service.

We made an online order and when we arrived to pick it up the staff told us it had been picked up ( although there was no proof of it ). After showing them our phone confirmation they still refused to give us our order. They called the manager on a cell phone and handed it to me. She basically said ” too bad” and would not do anything for us. She said we had to call customer service and file a complaint but would not provide anymore information. The staff was oblivious on what to do but would not budge. I am bilingual so they could not get away with acting stupid and not understanding our complaint, like they do a lot of the time. It was their error and not our fault if the order was taken by someone else, but not even trying to help shows a lot of their character or lack of it. We filed a complaint with the Corporate office.

update your hours on Google and on the app please. I placed an order at 11:10 and went to pick it up not even five minutes later. She told me that KFC had closed and that I couldn’t get my order. I asked for a refund, a replacement, literally any sort of way to get a refund or food of any sort, and she didn’t let me. Wasted my money, extremely upset, all of this could be avoided for somebody else if you just update your hours.

Ordered thru Door Dash. Could not eat, chicken chemical taste, had to throw out. Fries same. Coleslaw seemed ok. No napkins, no straw for drink. NEVER AGAIN….horrible!
