As wonderful as the welcome was it did not last. The resturant did not have enough workers to manage the tables even though we were the only customers in the resturant besides two other tables. The food i had was flavorful but dry on top like it sat for a bit. The shrimp in the my dish were not as seasoned or flavorful as the rest of the dish, making it taste unbalanced. The bread was a bit over cooked. The wine was not set on ice and was oddly warm. The customer service was nice when they did come by. Presentation of the dinning area and plating were excellent. I would personally not recomend or go back.

Went with a guest on a rainy day, so the restaurant was mostly empty. The restrauant is gorgeous with paper cloths, so the waiter can write there name (in case you forget hahaha) and kids can draw on it while they wait. I did see the folded pasta online and it did look great but I wanted to be sure so I ordered it and another entree I knew I would like–I even told the waiter I was unsure about the new item and he even told he had never tried it. Surely enough the 4 cheese filling he described was actually just ricotta, parmesan and pesto. And it was bland as all out doors. The tomato sauce was too acidic. I took the waiter I did not want it, and apologized as assured him I would still tip for the inconvenience of that meal. He says maybe next time to get one entree as if I don’t like it they’ll the it back and give me another. That makes no sense for me to wait another 15 minutes of I’m already spectable. I was not happy with that interactment. Overall it was ok.

Our family ate here for the first time a few months ago. I had the chicken parmigiana and it was delicious. My wife had the lobster bisque it was a bit cold but the taste was great. Her main meal was not super great and was just ok, as was the pasta that came with my chicken. Would still recommend and will revisit in the future. Was not packed so it was quick to get a table and the prices were great. It was a nice change from only thing Olive Garden was the only choice for Italian.

Yes, you are seeing this correctly. There was a large piece of plastic in my to-go tiramisu. The last few times we have come, the wait has been excruciatingly long. The servers have been fine but the last straw was last night. We were told that they didn’t have the ingredients for one of the items on the menu. There was less than 20 people in the restaurant so we were confused as to the lack of ingredients.

I took my son here and we both really enjoyed the food. I always assumed they just had a bunch of different types of macaroni(LOL)but they had a nice menu with many different Italian options. I enjoyed the brussel sprouts and the lobster bisque soup! We had so much fun coloring on the table as well!

Food is just subpar. The meatballs were mushy and the tomato soup is bland. On a Tuesday night this place was dead. Only 6 tables during our visit. The service was also very slow from both the kitchen and the waitstaff. Not sure how this location remains open.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. A meeting was planned for us in advance. It was not recorded or prepared for. The table was bare and there was one server on duty for our group AND the other 5 tables that hard already arrived. I feel frustrated because every time I go to this place the service is poor because they are understaffed. Very, very dissatisfied!!
