I have been customer for years with Marco’s Pizza , but I think it’s time to change . Ordered XL pizza bake well done , and no it was not well baked . Tomatoes, peppers and onion (cold ) have been added after the pizza came out of the oven . For the past couple times I have to baked the pizza in my own oven.

Phone in order at 6pm told p/ u in 10 min got there at 6:32pm. Was told it would be ready in 10min. Waited 15 min. Clerk couldn’t find my order he wasted my time and I was lied too me. This was my first and last time to order from any Marco Pizza. I went to work w/o a lunch. Had time to buy food elsewhere if he had told the truth when I first got there for pickup. Zero rating will tell all my friends of the poor service.

I’m very disappointed with this Marcos. I went here twice in the past 2 weeks and my order is wrong every time and the guy has the nerve to get an attitude with me because I want the food I paid made correctly. Then to top it off my kid is a diabetic so she has to eat after taking insulin. I had waited 20 mins and he didn’t even start the order until I walked back in the door then laughed and thought it was funny. Claiming it wasn’t his fault when he rang the order in wrong both times. Then Gave me an attitude because I wanted my money back. I work for a pizza place and I would never treat anyone the way i was treated.

Have some goofy young girl taking orders for carryout and had no clue about specials on menu. She said boom and some **** words at computer screen. Might as well close down if you can’t get someone to answer your call in orders right. And if you can’t find delivery drivers as well. Wow. End up getting pizza for walk in and was not that many pepperoni’s like donatos regular pepperoni pizza

this location has literally ZERO customer service. everytime i’ve walked in there’s no customers in there. maybe one customer some days. each time each employee (there’s normally 3-4) all stare at me when i enter, no hello, no greeting , no nothing. im never acknowledged or helped until i say something, its like they act as if you’re not even there. i’ve worked in customer service for most of my life so i understand what i means to have a bad day, but i think in this case its just bad attitude. makes me not wanna come here and after today i wont be. food is cool tho

We ordered 2 subs and a large pizza. Sub orders messed up. Add Mayo to 1. Added mayo to wrong sandwich and there was hardly any meat on the subs!!! All vegetables! Awful food quality!

That pizza cheese blend/combination is awful! It’s like chewing on plastic. You chew and chew and chew until you finally get frustrated and take the cheese off. I’d suggest a new blend because biting through this one is painful, but the customer service is perfect!

Never ordering again. Took 2 hours to deliver. I was going to give a 20$ cash tip but I decided no tip. I understand traffic, low staff or whatever reason but not a 2 hr wait for a plain pepperoni pizza. And it took me 28 minutes to reach someone on the phone.
