Great dine in experience. Super clean, nice place to eat. And the employee helping us felt more like a server! She brought us all our food, extra sauces. I don’t think she would have let us grab them ourselves she was so nice. Made us feel at home. Really enjoyed our meal like it was a restaurant.

I am very disappointed in my order tonight. I ordered 3 CRUNCHY tacos and 3 bean and cheese burritos tonight and ended up with 2 crunchy tacos that were soggy and 2 soft tacos that were soggy with 2 burritos that were correct.

Have NEVER received the correct order from the drive thru, dining inside is lackluster but at least you can get the order corrected. Love the food, only reason I go back, however if yelm had a different fast food mexican place I’d probably opt to go there. Customer service sucks and order correctness is less than subpar.

Terrible customer service and they have NEVER in 2 years gotten my order right. I love Taco Bell, so I keep going back hoping things will change and their customer service will get better or at the very least they will get my order right just one dang time, but nope, and the fact that they don’t answer their phone to take customer complaints tells me 1. They mess up a lot, 2. There is not a single competent employee in the building, and 3. They do not care about customers. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but as a former fast food worker who also worked for Taco Bell I will serve what is deserved. If I could rate you at a 0 I definitely would.

Our Crunchwrap supremes had little beef, no tostado, were not grilled, and were not crunchy. We called the Taco Bell, and our call was not answered multiple times. We had to call the delivery line for our call to answer. Would not recommend, would not go again.

This is a combo Taco Bell/KFC. The Taco Bell side is fine. Like every other one. The KFC side is continuously disappointing. Buckets of chicken are greasy. The chicken strip meal we got yesterday was dried out.

Went through the drive thru and they were parking everybody. It was so bad that some people didn’t have a place to park. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting because they were bringing out multiple orders at a time, so my food was cold when I got it. Won’t go back.

I am writing this review in hopes that the GM or AM would read the reviews. You guys need to start dropping those fries is smaller batches less often. It will lower your waste and people don’t usually mind waiting for fresh product. If someone wants them immediately ask them if they’re okay with them being on the more dry/hard side, however give them an option. I’m saying this because I LOVE the Nacho fries and the Mexican pizza right now it’s PEAK Taco Bell for me. This is the second time I legit can not chew through my fries. The pizza on the other hand is always made amazing. (I went today around 4pm). I know fast food is rough and crazy stressful. I will also say the times that I have had an order messed up it was corrected immediately. I’ve never had bad costumer service here. You guys got this.
