I ordered online using the app. I placed an order with pizza, bread sticks and drinks. On the pizza I ordered extra sauce and instead both of the pizzas I ordered barely had any sauce at all. Much less extra. However they did fix my pizza the next day.

Placed my order 24 hours in advance. Still waited for 45 minutes. They have quality control but I don’t know why. It was cold and burnt. Very disappointed. The food is usually better than this. It was a thin crust but it was to thin. CRISPY AND BURNT.

Service lacked but at no fault of the young lady working there, it appears they are understaffed, again at no fault of the employee, she was alone, preparing pies, and dealing with customers with a smile even though the phone was ringing off the hook the whole time. Pizza was perfect.

Arived in town from a 13 hr drive. Tried calling several times to order ahead of our arrival. Straight to the hold message everytime. I even had them on the phone right up until we drove up. The Dominos employee was chit chatting with the gas station cashier. Away from her station and the phones. She reluctantly walked over to take my order. Asked me if i had a pending order to pick up. I told her that I tried ordering but no one had been picking up for the last 30 minutes. She made a face and took my order. Pizza came out in 15 mins. Dough was still raw in the center.
