Should have learned my lesson with PizzaHut… this place is the worse…. Pay extra money for additional toppings and they just don’t even put them on it… and then it looks like someone put there hand through the pizza or took a bite out of it… completely disgusting… tried to call to get it fixed and can’t get ahold of anyone at the store… get corporate and they can’t help… have to talk to someone in the store… so not only the worse looking food I have ever seen… the worse customer service ever…

I haven’t had Pizza Hut for at least 10-15 years. They seem a bit pricey for $40 for 2 pizzas and breadsticks but the quality is really soft for pan, flavor was great but they are super greasy. After my 2nd slice I loved it but the 3rd one with the amount of grease upset my stomach a bit for hours. Other then that maybe I’ll try it again in 20 years to see if it improves.

Absolutely horrible experience. Save your time and money. I placed an online order through the app, I arrived at the store and selected the “I’m here” option provided as it said my food was ready. Both employees had been sitting outside the store talking when I walked in and they followed in behind me when I went to grab my food. I was then told quite rudely “I don’t have that order here”. I showed her the order on my phone, and she said “well the app has been having issues connecting to stores”. She then just stared at me, didn’t ask what it was I ordered, never asked if she could take the order again, didn’t apologize. So I asked if I had paid then for food I would not be getting. I was told it would refund itself back on the card and still I was never asked what it was I had ordered, if I still wanted the food (I did and would have reordered and paid) nor was an apology made. So I walked out with no food. I tried calling the location no less that 6 times….and not a soul answered the phone. Probably because they were sitting outside. Overall a 0-10, ended up grabbing some Papa Johns which was great lol.

Unfortunately I cannot leave less than star. Ordered the family big box, the young lady told me they were out of boxes. I asked if there was a manager, She told me no Manager in Store.I asked”Did Anyone think to use 3 smaller boxes?” She told Me to “F#@$ Off and hung up the phone.

It takes a lot in order for me to do a review, let alone a chapter to explain my situation !!! After being told the order would still be ready regardless of the closing time, I drove 15 minutes each way to find out different and then told it’s the company processing orders 15 minutes too late, they are closed at that time….

I normally use the app to order, but it wasn’t working. But the 1 star review comes from the customer service rep taking my order. She was so unbelievably rude to me the entire time, cutting me off, and huffing and puffing throughout my simple order. Should have hung up and taken my business elsewhere, but from now on, that’s what I’ll be doing.

Disappointed- cold/soggy pizza with hardly any cheese on stuffed crust pizza, which was one of only reasons we ordered 🙁 Wings and cinnamon bread were equally disappointing. The breadsticks were good, but definitely not worth over $50 spent.
