There are only two authentic Mexican restaurants in Akron and this is one of them (the other is La Loma). I live down the road from here and I LOVE this place and it is my go to for real Mexican food. We do carryout usually and they have it fresh and hot when we pick it up. The Chimichangas de Pollo are my favorite and my husband gets the Torta con Carne Asada. It is a small place and parking is very limited at busy times, but it is worth it. Highly recommend this place!

Best tacos in the Akron area. I recommend stopping by and grabbing the steak tacos. If you want authenticity then stop here. You aint getting tex-mex here. They also recently renovated the restaurant area making it a more enjoyable dining experience.

Their verde chicharron tacos are I absolutely love them. I recommend you try their authentic Mexican food. I didn’t see a restroom in the restaurant, but tbf, after trying their food, I dont really care. I’ll be going back. The food was fairly priced as well. I got 3 tacos for under $10. Absolutely delightful

A wonderful rustic place to eat in akron. Really fresh ingredients put together in traditional Mexican style. The staff is more than willing to accommodate special orders and special requests. Many interesting choices for drinks. I don’t see how you can go wrong. There is limited seating and they are usually very busy. They do a huge to go business, but they do have indoor seating.

First time here and certainly not the last!! Everything was delicious!! Portions are large and prices are more than reasonable. We got a quesidilla, a burrito, and chimichanga – everyone was satisfied and had leftovers for the next day!
