Ordered 2 Colonel Crispy Sandwiches. Sign said 2 for $6. I was charged original price of $3.99 each. I did not tell the cashier about her error I figured Karma will work it out. I asked for no mayo and it was prepared correctly, but there was nothing else on the sandwich…just a small piece of fried chicken. $8.54 Total for 2 little chicken things. I should have known better and drove out of my way to find a Chick-Fil-A.

Even though they weren’t busy they couldn’t be bothered with draining the liquid off the meat. They crunchy taco was mushy and fell apart from all the water and water just run out of the burrito. Worse Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. I for one will not return.

My 2nd bad experience- checked my bag for a receipt it wasn’t there asked the cashier she couldn’t find it so she called the manager to reprint she couldn’t so I pointed to the sign no receipt meal free the Manger looked at me & walked away the cashier said I have a receipt it’s not yours but you can have it WTH I left because the line was long & to be fair to guest behind me I didn’t want to hold them up so I decided not to push the issue. 1st experience food was salty yuck

Well yes it is a KFC/Taco Bell. It is one of the cleaner stores. The staff is friendly. Now the order was a little off but that goes with most fast food. Yes I should check my order. One peeve they have tacos pre-made and it is soggy and the metal that holds it together.

I go on a long detour to get late night food after work. A 10 min detour to get some really sh!try experience. That employee with blue hair is so bad that I will literally NEVER come here again. Not only did it take 15 min’s to get an order it wasn’t even done right and not once did she even talk to me, even after I complained about my drink being wrong. Next time I’d rather go straight home and eat a can of Tuna instead of having some lazy employee with blue hair not even have the decency to quit her job instead of representing her role with any level of interest. She could have even said bye. Never again.

Definitely not a place to come too if you are in a hurry was my 1st review when I gave it a 2 star; however, I went in on October 18, 2019 and the experience was so much better. The manager Thomas Bryant, did an excellent job. He was friendly, fast and my order was accurate, nothing was missing. I need to go back a few more times before I give this a 5 star review, so I can see if that is a permanent change with all the other on shift at the time of visit.
