10/10 -Knocked my socks off!! YUM! And the vegetarian options were amazing!!! The service from the staff was incredible!!! Got a peak at the kitchen and it’s pristine! Perfect sign that they care about what they serve, who they are, and how they portray their brand! Thank you to all the staff! Ate there on a Saturday night, no reservation was needed. Will eat here again!!!

Please fix the food and decor here. Quinoa bowl tasted bland although we appreciated the vegetarian option. The chicken was dry. Pasta was terrible like plain pasta with minimal sauce on it. However our server was great and friendly and tried to help despite the kitchen problems. The drinks were fine. When we left we saw that the hotel was a Hilton and that made sense as the decor was like an airport Hilton hotel. We did not get to see a room which we heard were nice. New Haven has good restaurants and we had such high hopes for the Pirelli building. We are so happy it is being used again.

Food: very good overall, and there’s great complimentary garlic bread to start. The one thing we didn’t love was the chicory salad. Don’t forget to ask about the desserts — the souffle was incredible.
