I visited Trueman’s Place on a Sunday afternoon with two friends. The parking lot was about 3/4 full. Going into Trueman’s, it has a cozy feel. Lots of local High School memorabilia on the walls – this is a family-friendly place. It was pretty full, but we found an open table tucked around the corner from the front door. Once seated, we were greeted quickly. The service was great; the waitresses were quick & attentive – it was notable.

Fun bar atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, good food. The onion rings were excellent, crisp breading and not overly greasy. The fries were also very good, crispy, salty and just enough other seasonings to make me want more! Overall good experience.

I only came here because i saw the review picture of the fried wings. So i ordered 20 piece wing. Asked that they be fried extra crispy. I asked if the bread them they said no. So I asked for mines to be half naked and half sauced because she said they toss them in sauce. And I added a fry. Well as you can see from my pictures the real pictures um the wings are soggy and scorched, fries flimsy i wouldn’t buy this food from Walmart with foodstamps. No season salt nothing. Excellent customer service. Our waitress was very professional and handled herself in a very appropriate manner. She was pleasantly kind and cared for our table as if it was her only table. Which it was not. The bar was full of people. My friends ordered pizza. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo, No chicken. It was very dry. But the service and the company was well worth going.

Fun, lively atmosphere with friendly staff & patrons, delicious food at fair prices, good menu selection, wide variety of drinks, plenty of big TV’s to watch the games, and always a great song playing on the juke box. Two thumbs up to Trueman’s Place. A very enjoyable neighborhood bar & grill.
