Ordered a Dave’s single and fries with a coupon for free fries but got a double bacon burger with fries and got charged 10.79 when it should have just around 7 or 8 for the Dave’s single + free fries. They never give receipts at this location so I don’t know what they charged for.

Someone spit in my drink. Check the video to see the spit. Noticed my drink was given to customer in front of me and returned. The drink given to me had a weird red spot on the cup that wasn’t part of the desk (looked like a speck of red paint). I asked if it was the same drink given to customer in front of me. The girl said yes, offered replacement, and took 3 minutes to replace the drink while her and a group of employees were scowling through the window. She also slammed the window when she took back the drink. I checked my drink which had the lid somewhat undone and saw something weird floating at the top. Inspected it and looks like human saliva. Also noticed the cup was the same cup with the weird red speck on it. Im beyond disgusted. I was polite and kind about it the whole time.

It was early evening, dinner hour, and the dining room was closed, all the doors locked. VERY inconvenient. Had there been another Wendy’s location nearby, I’d have taken my business there. As it was, I almost went down the street to McDonald’s. Had it not been for my daughter wanting Wendy’s, I certainly would have. Had no choice but to take out. I’ll think twice before going there again.

We tried the breakfast sandwich today for the first time at the drive thru. Egg, cheese, sausage on a croissant. It was delicious. Best breakfast sandwich we had in a long time. I’ve ordered from here, via uber or doordash, on probably 15 occasions in the last few years. I would be generous to say that they got the order right even 50% of the time. I’d like to think, “well, perhaps they were busy.” But, doubtful, as I usually only place these orders in the evening.

Prices went up, and the burgers, fries, chilli, and frosty’s shrunk down. The new large frosty is the size of the old small frosty. The only reason I returned there is because I had buy one get one free coupons. I got $25.00 worth of food for $11.00. That’s the only reason I would go back again. Very expensive fast food.

Took forever to get my cold food, rude staff, they had my card for about 5 minutes before i got it back i immediately locked the card and am getting a new one. Wouldn’t go back, avoid at all costs. Read my other reviews i don’t review bomb i don’t make stuff up like that. Not worth it.
