You’d think all the McDonald’s would be the same, but they’re not! Most are good and highly efficient! The food was good, the facility parking lot has expanded all around the building! Impressive, and much needed! On this fine evening, the customer service was great, until we paid, then waited, and waited, and waited, as the employee visited with the vehicle in front of us for “SEVERAL” minutes! We’d have been ok with it, but was eager to get back on the road for our long trip home! I am extremely disappointed and won’t visit this location again!

Every time I have come to this McDonalds I have gotten food that was cold, even when there is no line. Last Night tornado sirens went off & I had already paid for my meal and they couldn’t quickly had it out the window but I left yesterday and McDonalds got my money & I didn’t get anything. The young man could come out to my car to tell me, but not give me the food I paid for. Therefore if he could walk outside to tell me he couldn’t serve me food that I paid for couldn’t he have brought the meal too? Nope.

So I personally used to love this place especially during my pregnancy but the last several times I have went there and gotten what I normally get (bacon quarter pounder) it hasn’t had any bacon. I have even asked for extra and still no bacon. The food is usually good but lately it’s been bad and not what I ask for. I ever tried the bacon and ranch McChicken and no bacon. The staff is super sweet in the morning but after 3 pm they seem upset for no reason.
