I wouldn’t rate it but I called in after I hit the drive thru, got me a 4 piece tender and a bowl, came home to Winston and I felt like I was eating freaking jerky!!!! So I called in and talked to some young girl, this is not fresh. She said oh we dropped those about an hr ago? No thanks. This has been under them heated lamps for at least 7/8 hrs at best!!! Highly do not recommend this place as she tried to justify this!!! Well absolutely not be going back!!! Straight disgusting!!!

This location was good, service was good and good quality food except the Mac and cheese was old and a gummy, undercooked biscuit, everything else was fresh. KFC corp gets a 0 since they stopped the Nashville hot sauce. The new spicy chicken sandwich is no where near as good as the Nashville spicy chicken sandwich.

Ordered the chicken and tenders combo and I swear those were frozen chicken tenders and not the normal hand breaded tenders I am used to eating at KFC. They forgot our sauces probably because the two young men were busy with horseplay.

Bad experience. Was just at the drive thru… wasn’t given a receipt, no fries, cold orders, was given coleslaw instead of mashed potatoes, was missing caprisun juice when i ordered one for my son…. we’re all hungry and KFC ruined it.

Hahahaha- the sign out front: $19.99 for a 7 price dark chicken! Fred Meyer has way better chicken, and you can get a 12 piece light and dark for $9.99- half the price, way more chicken, and way better quality!

I have not been to this KFC for awhile. Anyways one of my favs from KFC is the biscuit. So I was disappointed when I only got 2/3 of the top of a biscuit. Plus the chicken strips were rubbery. The the sticker shock from 6.99 to 13.99 for 4 piece chicken strip was Wow! Only to find out with such a hike in price they are only paying the team members minimum wage. I would expect with that high a price hike they would be at least $15 an hour. Can’t help but wonder who is pocketing the inflation. Certainly not going to the front line people.
