Ordered a drink that they overcharged me for then handed me the wrong drink. When I said this isn’t what I ordered and asked the price to make sure I was overcharged the worker got upset saying I was telling her how to do her job. I’m just trying to get what I paid for. There is only a manager between 5am and 12pm so the store is not managed by anyone after 12pm. Leaving customers with no one to help them because the workers just slam the window in your face and hang up on you when you call to speak to a manager.

We stop mostly on Sunday’s and the place is usually packed but 90%of the time the staff handles it without issue. As for the food, it’s Dunkin, you have to work hard to mess that up. It’s always the same level of “good enough”. It’s fast food donuts not coffee shop muffins and frou-frou cold brew. I haven’t hesitated to hit a Dunkin at any point while traveling or at home and certainly wouldn’t hesitate to stop here.

This used to be my go-to dunkin, but recently they’ve been taking a lot of shortcuts and it shows in their food and quality. For instance, they’ve been cooking two egg and cheese wraps at a time which leaves them both cold. If I ask them to heat them up it’s like they microwave them until the tortilla turns all crispy. They need to go back to cooking one at a time.
