For a high volume store, might I suggest a person at the counter at all times. Too many staff manning the drive thru and food prep stations and no one to handle customers coming into the store. I watched people walk out because no one was at the register

Was at the speaker for about 30-45 seconds trying to decide my order, I said hold on, and I was being yelled at through the speaker by a drive-thru employee saying “HELLO? HELLO? HELLO? HELLO? WHAT DO YOU WANT?” Obviously, I could hear her. An enraged customer then proceeded to leave her car and walk up to the driver window to yell at me. Girl at the drive thru window with green hair said it wasn’t the businesses’ fault because I need to be considerate of others, and she is not a manager at this location. Actually, I felt the event started because of the impatient employee yelling at me through the speaker in the first place. Terrible customer service. They only care about their Drive-Thru time, which is not enough time at all for a consumer to view the menu. I will not be returning back to this location. I never had an issue at any other Dunkin’ (Absecon, EHT, Galloway, Pleasantville) etc., This location has cold and callous approaches and they could use a lesson in how to handle a customer, instead of yelling at them to hurry up and order.

Absolutely wonderful service here, I normally will use the drive through. You can tell the manager runs a tight ship, he’s normally there when I go. Food and coffee is always top notch for being from a fast food industry, I’ve had bad Dunkin before and you can absolutely tell the difference in care. This is our local Dunkin and I highly recommend it!

This Dunkin served me the best avocado toast in the area. I eat Dunkin’ avocado toast religiously and this one was made with the right amount of everything and the perfect temperature. Hashbrowns were perfect and my iced coffee!!!! Was so good. The man with locs that took care of me in the drive through was so nice!!! I never leave reviews but I just had such a great breakfast I had to lol.
