Downgrading my 5 star to 1. My husband and I got the absolute worst pizzas we ever had last night. I ordered a 5 topping large pizza and I barely had toppings and one topping which was tomatoes were only about 10 chunks and I was missing the chicken topping. Our Philly tots were missing everything but the cheese. All pizzas were cold.

I placed an order in the morning to be picked up in the afternoon. Specifically so I would have the order on time for when I needed it. Only to arrive and have it nowhere being ready or made. 2 peoples orders got placed ahead of mine in the time I sat there. Finally got the pizzas and wings almost an hour after my placed time. 1 person actually working and a very lost delivery driver who didn’t seem to know what a pizza was. Completely ruined plans for the afternoon. Much less I had to prepay to even place the order. And it can’t even be prepped on time.

Pizza literally fell apart when trying to pick up a piece of pizza. After looking at the bottom of the crust I figured my pizza dough must have been poorly pieced together from reminent pieces of dough. $12 poorly spent. One guy was franticly looking for ranch dip (which they were out of), instead of taking care of customers. Not sorry, but one bad experience is enough, just lost a customer.

I don’t know the name of the young man who made my pizzas today- but he did an amazing job!! He was the only employee there, made 15 pizzas for me, & was waiting on another customer. Ordered two pizzas. One pizza was totally diff from what I ordered. Then, on the second pizza, it was Not DIVIDED into slices AT ALL….,,go somewhere else for pizza. These guys are a joke! Second time they hv messed up our order.

Terrible service, didn’t answer the phone, the one woman working there was rude as hell (the two delivery drivers helping were very helpful) one of my pizzas had no cheese and was almost 45 minutes late after the scheduled pickup time. Won’t be back and would not recommend.

Hi my friend Shannon was trying to get Some pizza. When she walked in there was only 1 lady there. She was so overwhelmed and the phone was constantly ringing. She had just gotten done on a 30pizzas for 1 other order. Shannon decided the cancel her order to help the lady out. But the lady inside had more than 15 pizzas on the order screen still to go and she was alone. Dominos needs to have more than 1 person for safety and getting pizza to the people that order it. Thx
