Tonight was my husband’s and I first time eating here. We were very impressed! The place was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and the fajitas was very good. We had the veggie fajitas and was fixed just the way we liked them! The veggies were not over cooked and swimming in juices /oil. The rice and saled that is served along with the fajitas was very nice. The bill was quite cheaper then what we thought it was going to be. The veggie fajitas were just under $9.00 each .we discovered they are a lot better then the other Mexican restaurants we have tried in the area. We will be back!

We have been going to Guadalajara for some time. There is lots of parking available. The isles are wide enough to accommodate handicapped patrons. This has been on of our go to restaurants for just under 10 years. We like the Chicken Fajitas. Not sure what happened but the fajitas didn’t have much flavor as they have in the past. There was no char on the chicken. The rice was cold and had no flavor. The beans were just warm. The plate had sour cream despite us asking to have it left off.I’m not sure what happened. Everything was off. We will give it a while before trying them again.

Gonna do a 3 star. The food was pretty good but I’m really not a fan of one bowl of salsa for the whole table. With kids and random friends along its a bit weird. My husband also ordered state fajitas and got chicken. The lunch menu wasn’t really cheaper than the normal menu. The drinks were EXPENSIVE and my sweet tea was so sweet I couldn’t stand to drink it Other than that it was a beautifully decorated place with nice servers.

The waitress was amazing. 13 food and drink orders and she didn’t write them down. We said she is gonna get our orders wrong. Nope she got everyone’s right and the drinks to. I was super amazed.

Our family of 6 decided to try Guadalajara for dinner and will not return. Service was very slow, although part of the slowness could be attributed to the busyness. Slow service aside, we found the food seriously bland and underwhelming. Shrimp tacos had shrimp that hadn’t been deveined, which is simply gross. The cook and server should have noticed before sending out as some were right on top, not buried. Another member of our party had to send his plate back, too, as it wasn’t as ordered. The frozen margaritas come from a premade mix from a slushy machine instead of a bar and very overpriced for what you get.
