I’ve been to this location a lot over the years and everything up until the other day has been terrific. I ordered the new blue cheese burger with onion rings and a large drink. The drink was about the only thing that was amazing. Onion rings were cold and I only had 3 bites of the burger before feeling sick. The wait time was also ridiculous considering we were the only ones in line on a Saturday morning around 11:30. We waited 15-20 minutes, so long the 4 cars behind us probably thought we feeding an army.

Good Times has been one of my favorite burger places for many years. They’re a small regional operation compared to giants like Burger King or McDonald’s, but for me that’s a positive. They have excellent fries (I always choose the Wild Fries), very good burgers, and excellent custard for dessert-if you have room after the main meal. The one negative is the scarcity of Good Times stores; there are few of them in the Denver metro area, and I have to drive a ways to get to this particular one. If you’re hungry and happen to be near one, give them a try. You may just like it!

5/22/22 Update: Mango lemonade, cheese curds number 15 combo was needed today. No sauce because they didn’t give me any. The cheese curds came with ranch. Tenders no sauce. I had to wait since I was overcharged but they did refund my money and made everything fresh again. I didn’t go back because I had my two dogs with me as usual. They got their pawbenders. They savored and enjoyed the goodness. Manager was really nice and pleasant I just was too tired to go back over there.

This good times franchise has serviced my community for a while now. Every employee whom has work here has bought a good vibe to the business. Listening is key and from what I can see errors are very minimal! Service service service seems to be delivered here almost every time. If there is an issue communication and correction is done flawlessly without embarrassing or needlessly telling the customer how they should like their food. I’ll give this facility two thumbs up and am happy to bring either investors or guests to this facility. Keep it clean team!

I walked up, there was one other person in front of me with a line full in at the drive thru. They were working as quickly and efficiently as possible, there were two people who helped me, but the lady was very very sweet! I ordered a a burger, fried and a cherry shake and it was all so yummy!

I have always loved Goodtimes. The food is amazing. The only thing I have issue with is the new speaker system is on the menu so sometimes I drive right past it because there isn’t a separate speaker outside of the menu. That might be a me problem though.

Woman on intercom had attitude. Burger was sloppy and thrown in bag, bag was dripping in my car, got home opened burger to find no bun and the toppings stuck to the tin foil, tried to call back so I could get it replaced and after 10 minutes of dialing maybe about 4 times I got hung up on.
