Third time at this location and each time the drive thru takes a long time to get through. Today being the longest at 27 minutes with one car at the window and two in front of me. It wasn’t a matter of having to wait on food as mine was cold (fish sandwich) when I received it. I won’t be going back.

This is my third time coming here. I usually go here lunch time and those were great experience. My husband loves the BK fries and I love their burger. We live close-by around 0.4 miles away from here. I saw the lady crew was not wearing gloves which is a no-no being a food handler. The cashier who just handed me my order did not even say anything like thank you, bye or have a great evening something like that. After the drive-thru, we went home straight. My husband usually eat the fries on our way home every time I hand it to him but he did not this time cause he was busy on his phone. If we knew that it’s like this, we went back there before going home and ask for a new one. The fries were old. The burgers were fine but not as warm as the usual. He was so disappointed that he said we are not going back there anymore. Customer service, food safety and quality made me do two thumbs down..

Trick
This was one of my favorite places to stop and pick up food. They were always polite and friendly. Recently that has changed unfortunately. The last three times I have been thru the drive thru i have been treated extremely poorly. Tonight I ordered a double whopper. I didn’t realize it was rung up incorrectly until I received my sandwich and it was a small double cheeseburger. I politely said “this is the wrong sandwich, I ordered a double whopper”the guy took the bag back and closed the window. Next the lady taking drive thru orders opens the window, obviously upset and rudely tells me I ordered a double cheeseburger. I said I wanted a double whopper, she says, that will be an additional 3.75. I go to hand her my card, she turns to the guy and says, charge him! And walks away.

They served us extra dry and overcooked nuggets and fries. When we showed it to them to get them replaced, they were extremely unprofessional. Without a word, they just smirked and took the items back, then started laughing at us. How do you serve inedible food and then laugh at your customers for asking for a replacement. Good food! Just as I would expect it to taste like, Burger King! It’s a bit empty, though. Everyone was going through the drive-thru, we were the only ones inside the restaurant. New location in the Blue Diamond Decatur Plaza open 24/7!

This is my first visit to this new location. Honestly, I did read the reviews before showing up so I was unsure what my experience would be. However, the experience was fantastic. The wait was short, and the inside was wide open and clean looking. The girl at the register was incredibly nice and the food was delicious. I’d say that was a positive experience.

They left our food in the fryer too long so the fries were soggy and the onion rings were to crispy almost burnt. Here are the photos of the grease soaked fries and the hardened onion rings. This what happens when you leave food in the fryer too long. You can see grease spots in one of the photos.
