EDIT: Most recent order was no better. No napkins, no silverware, and they didn’t even cut my quesadilla in half! This restaurant really lacks in getting delivery orders accurate. I order from here WEEKLY. I’m sure they recognize my name. But I just spent 15 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break driving to the restaurant to get the rest of my order. This has happened multiple times, and there is NO recourse when they screw up. You can’t contact them at all. The phone number just traps you in an automated system that won’t let you through to the restaurant.

Love the fresh ingredients and choosing what goes into my bowl. The staff are always nice but this time they were extra patient and helpful, since I had just gotten a rewards account. They showed me how to use it and I didn’t backup the line much.

Went here yesterday and brought 2 bowls home for a friend and I.The chicken in both bowls were burnt and EXTREMELY salty. I’ve never had such a bad experience beforenat any chipotle. I ate 3 bites and threw it away. It was terrible. I’ll stick to my regular location.

I made a veggie burrito and the people making the food reached over my burrito to make other people’s food and no I’m stuck picking cheese and chicken pieces out of my food. I’m allergic to dairy and told them to take it off but it’s still on my food. These people need to learn that you can’t cross contaminate other people’s food just cause you’re in a rush. I paid over $10 for food I can’t eat now.

Wow and double wow! Besides always having wonderful food and service at the oracle and Wetmore store here in Tucson, AZ…. What an incredible deed from one of your employees, I was told he was a manger. I left my purse there on Monday and didn’t remember where I left it, next thing I know within two days, the manager from your store drove to my house and dropped it off finding my address on my drivers license (I was told he lived over that way). ALL of my credit cards and ALL of my cash was still there. Grateful for the above and beyond dedication of him to help return my purse. What incredible honesty to everyone the purse came in contact with. Cannot thank the manager enough
