Wonderful place. Super nice staff. Absolutely delicious food. We had a really good luncheon with wonderful cakes to finish. Calling ahead for larger parties is recommended. This place is a blast.

I absolutely loved this place, I came with my kids all the way from Olathe, KS! The food and service was amazing, it reminded me so much of being back at my late grandparents’ home. We will return! Thank you also for being so kind to my kids!

We’ve eaten here several times now, and are always extremely satisfied! Delicious food and the friendliest owners anywhere. Very small dining room, and older deco, but really, seriously? Who cares if the food is delightful?!

My son and I stopped by for lunch on our way back to Indianapolis from Kansas. The owner was super friendly and made us feel at home. The food was very similar to the traditional food my grandmother used to make. I could tell they put a lot of love into making it.

I made a to go order over the phone. The staff was so friendly. The cabbage rolls were delicious and I also had a piece of their Sunshine Lemon Cake, which was also fabulous. Highly recommend if you like authentic German food

Stumbled upon this gem with a friend in St Joe and we were so pleasantly surprised! The owners are so nice and the sweetest couple. The polish sausage sandwich, pies and meatloaf were all amazing. 100/10 stars. Absolutely will be back!
