Dingy sticky seating and uninspired food. Do not waste your time or your money here. Staff was friendly enough I guess. I ordered chicken and shrimp hibachi. They cooked it all together and got it out to me in less than 2 minutes. I wish they would have taken longer because it tasted like garbage. The shrimp and the mushrooms were the only decent tasting pieces of my meal.

One of the worst experiences I have had in the past year. About nine pieces of steak, lots of rice (would hesitate to call it fried rice – no egg or vegetables) and they gave me a ton of boiled carrots….will not be going back anytime soon. On a positive note…the fried crab rangoons were good

I’ve been to this location at least four times in the six months that I’ve been working nearby. I’ve been satisfied all previous times. Today I ordered a beef and broccoli only with white rice. After driving back to my office and opening the container, I found a sprinkling of beef and vegetables, on top of a full Styrofoam container of white rice. There were literally Maybe 10 to 12 pieces each of broccoli and beef. I drove it back showed the employee who told me that’s the way it was always served. I informed her I’ve been there before. I requested a refund which they somewhat reluctantly gave me. Make sure you open your takeout orders from this restaurant. I did not take a picture on purpose. It would have looked worse than I am making it sound.

Very disappointed with the food and service. The vegetables in my dish looked like they were from a frozen vegetable bag and the chicken and steak were extremely dry. The crab ragoons were average. The women at the cashier was extremely rude when my friend’s food order was wrong and asked for it to be corrected. I will never come back here again and I wouldn’t your waste money on this low quality food.

Very assembly line processed looking food. Bland taste, not enough vegetables for me, too many noodles. After everything else was gone I had tons of noodles left. I’ll circle around to try other dishes. But not the steak and shrimp hibachi tho. Just not satisfying.

Ordered steak teriyaki on my break literally so disgusting. They charged me $13.50 for overcooked steak that taste old & this isn’t even fried rice. Literally the worst Japanese food I’ve ever had taste nothing like it’s supposed to. Don’t waste your time I’ll never eat here again.

The meat is not seasoned and the cream cheese was sour in the crab Rangoon. I asked the lady what went into because it was so sour and she said creamcheese and crab but no crab was visible. But 1 or the other was rotten. The other food was okay but I wouldn’t come again. The taco place two doors down is better.
