Terrible customer service Came around 20:40 and waited Around 7 minutes before even getting order. The one girl working wasn’t very professional, didn’t really care if she was polite or not, even though that would’ve been great Customer service. She was down right unprofessional and almost rude as if she didn’t want to be there and worse that she didn’t want us to be there. Kids just really wanted dairy queen so we held in there. Our order was around $40 for 3 adults and two small children… everyone really wanted dairy queen.. but maybe wouldn’t recommend this location until they get a better headset and window person… which were both the same person.. it’s 2101 now and I’m still waiting on different parts of my order while ice cream is melting. Her name is helena and they need to put her far in the back away from customers she had an attitude on the microphone and then didn’t communicate at the window when there was still more food to be waited on didn’t say anything at the window at all and I had to have her manager finish packing order, which is still wrong I wish I could give a zero Star review

Waited 5 minutes after pulling up to the microphone for our order to be taken, waited 15 more minutes for our food, the cashier, Helena, had an attitude and did not communicate or really speak at all- and then our order was completely wrong. The manager, Danielle, was polite BUT didn’t fix the order because we got what was on the reciept- but what was on the receipt was *not* what we had ordered.

Every time we come here there’s always something wrong. Either they don’t give you everything you ordered like a six-piece chicken and instead they give you five pieces (which is what just happened) or half filled side of fries instead of a full filled side of fries or they just forget your stuff all together. Most of the time we have to wait a very long time to get our food and sometimes to even order and almost every time there’s something missing or half made. I’d recommend somewhere else….

Older Dairy Queen very small yet clean. employees are nice but slow whoever made are banana splits does not know how to make them. They need training there was not even three mounds of ice cream let alone only one scoop of topping the banana was overriped with black on it we have been to this Dairy Queen before this may have just been a bad day.

love how we came at 10:30 trying to order and they tell us they won’t serve us but they don’t close until 11pm on a friday. we will gladly take our business to wendy’s in the town of chickasha instead of being turned away at dairy queen because they are to lazy to stay open to the extra hour.
